Process
How it works.
We have a streamlined process of ordering, payment and manufacturing your tiny house. It's a framework that consists of three main stages.
Pricing
Stage 1
Detailed offer.
After we have all the information we need we prepare a detailed offer for you and share a sample contract. If you are happy with the price and conditions in the contract we are ready to go into production. Initial payment is made to secure your building time slot.
Stage 2
Building time.
Once you accept the offer we sign a contact and start making your tiny home. The build of a tiny house takes between 2 and 4 months depending on the size and complexity of the project. This is the most exciting part of the process when we work together to make your dream a reality.
Stage 3
Warranty period.
After the delivery and installation process a warranty period starts. We are hereto take care of any maintenance issues that may arise and to support you with your tiny journey. More information on waranties can be found here.
Payment
Your payment is made in stages.
Usually there are 4 or 5 payments that are directly related to the progress of the build. Based on the steps above, we require a payment at each of the these stages. This makes it easier for you to plan and allows us to move quickly through the building process.

Pricing.
Our prices start at 28 900 Euros excluding VAT for our smallest units and go up to about 70 000 Euros for our largest units. These prices typically exclude off-grid gear and are based on single unit orders. We offer discounts for multiple unit orders. We could discuss to what extent interior work is required and adapt your offer accordingly.
